Getting started and keeping motivated in a health club can be daunting and our popular Group Exercise classes and Cycling classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability whilst making you smile! If you love being a part of a community our classes foster a great community environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more.
Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.
Our Les Mills Group Exercise classes are a fun way to be active and allow all members and non-members the opportunity to work out in a group atmosphere with like-minded individuals.
Our timetable will be released closer to our opening in Autumn 2024.
Group Exercise Classes
Cycle Classes
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity in a fun and low impact way. Your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Reach your cardio peak, keeping pace with the pack to lift your performance and boost your cardio fitness.
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike. It’s a short, intense style of training where the motivation comes from pushing your limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.
Group Exercise
Ideal for everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises while you strengthen your entire body.
BODY COMBAT is an exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals. Not only is it a great whole-body workout for cardio fitness, but it’s also superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination.
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit, fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven techniques.

CORE is a fitness class designed to increase strength of muscles providing stability for the spine, pelvis, ribs and hips. Walk taller, feel stronger, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at moving with increased core awareness in daily movements. May include a variety of equipment.

Coaching Zone
Coaching Zone offers group personal training designed to elevate fitness levels and burn fat within an energised team-training atmosphere. Crafted by our expert trainers, our 45-minute workouts incorporate cutting-edge ‘Myzone’ technology that can adapt to an individual’s fitness level. The heart rate monitor, with your coach will work through the regressions, progressions and new techniques. Post-workout, enjoy 15 minutes of coaching to assess progress and discuss lifestyle factors. With eight themed workouts available you’ll accelerate your health and fitness aspirations in no time.
We coach on an individual’s own fitness level/experience which is monitored with a heart rate monitor and through regressions, progression and technique cues, so all classes are suitable for all fitness levels and experience. That being said, for the EFCP launch timetable, Energise and Afterburn would be the workouts which give a good intro to CZ.
Adrenaline is all about challenging your fitness and taking your training to the next level. After your 10-minute warm up you will work with your team to complete 4-minute-high intensity training periods followed by rest periods of 1 minute. These sessions are designed to provide endurance, conditioning and strength whilst giving your body a full body workout designed to strip fat.
The ultimate fat burning workout! With bursts of high intensity followed by a period of rest, coaches will focus on your heart rate recovery to maximise your training results. A scientifically proven training method which will allow your body to become a fat burning machine for up to 38 hours post workout.
The boxing workout is results focused; where your coach in the first part of the workout ywill teach you safe boxing techniques. Working with your partner, you’ll be guided through a series of combinations to increase your heart rate. Using a series of functional exercises, this boxing class is designed to improve technique, strengthen the body, increase your fitness levels and aid in weight loss.
The best session to increase your fitness levels so you can recover faster and perform better. Endurance, a heart rate focused workout designed to increase cardio fitness and muscle endurance. Your coach will guide you through 8 exercises over 45 minutes whilst monitoring your heart rate.
Energise is the session for all fitness levels, and the perfect place to get into a training routine and build confidence. This session is about training at your intensity and fitness level. Two teams will be formed and they will interchange between 6-minute segments of cardio and strength training. The Coach will monitor your personal intensity level during your workout with our Myzone heart rate technology.
HIIT training has been scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways to increase fitness levels and burn fat fast. Your coach will guide and motivate you through a series of full body exercises, ensuring the correct technique is followed throughout your workout.
Lean is designed to challenge both body and mind, compliment your strength training, improve technique and strip body fat. It is a fast-paced, blood-pumping session focused on isolating and toning key muscle groups while improving stamina. A guided warm up and cool down is included, ensuring your muscles are given the care they need to perform to their full potential.
Shred is fat burning, muscle toning and confidence building in one fast paced workout! For 45 minutes we will be taking your body through some intense phases of strength training, focused on sculpting your physique, then we challenge your cardio and muscular endurance with a series of tough but fun AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible) to keep you sweating, laughing and coming back for more!
Learn correct form, technique and cues in a weight-based group training workout designed to help with power, strength and stability. This workout is designed to give you strong lean muscles that will help your body look toned and defined. You’ll also learn to warm up and cool down correctly to minimise injury risk and improve post workout recovery.
Reformer Pilates Studio
B Active Reformer Pilate classes are designed to help build a strong body and strong mind. The smooth and flowing movements through a low-impact, mindful exercise can help to increase strength, flexibility, posture, balance and stability. Unlike high intensity workouts that can put strain on your joints, Reformer Pilates is gentle on the body but can still get your heart pumping.
REFORMER INTRO is the perfect class for anyone who is experiencing reformer pilates for the first time or anyone who has spent some time away and would like to re-educate their knowledge of the reformer pilates bed and the correct techniques used.
REFORMER allows you to learn the method using bodyweight training and different spring tensions on the reformer pilates bed to sculpt and tone your body. These mixed level exercises are delivered in a layered format, so that proper technique and skill level is catered for, to build the confidence to execute the movements safely and beneficially for the body.
REFORMER INTERMEDIATE is a class for anyone that wants to up the intensity of their reformer pilates classes and explore sequencing which is faster paced and powerful. We focus on abdominals, arms and lower body, building up strength and endurance. A fun workout for anyone up for the 45-minute challenge.
