The heat of our spa and sauna facilities provide various health benefits as they increase core body temperature and stimulate blood flow. Spas and saunas are proven to loosen stiff joints, reduce stress, open the breath and assist muscle recovery or body pain after exercise.
To maximise everyone’s enjoyment of the centre, guests are always required to behave in a safe and responsible manner and abide by the rules of the centre.
When using these facilities, we require all guests:
Be considerate of others in the facilities
Wear suitable swimwear
Place a towel down before sitting on the bench seats
Be mindful of hydration
Shower before and after use of the facilities
Immediately exit the sauna if you are feeling uncomfortable or unwell
We recommended:
Use of these facilities be limited to 15 minutes with a minimum 5 minutes rest before re-entering.
The facilities are NOT used by pregnant guests, guests who have recently undergone surgery or guests with serious health conditions
If you are concerned that this super heated environment may adversely affect you it is your responsibility to seek medical advice prior to entry.
We do not permit the following in these facilities:
Exercise
Guests under 16 years of age
Electronic devices
No liquids other than water
Oils, aerosols, plant materials
In the case of an emergency please contact the nearest lifeguard.
